Shantanu is a highly skilled litigation lawyer. He routinely represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and leads domestic and international arbitrations and commercial trials teams. In addition, he regularly prosecutes cases relating to insolvency and bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, competition law and other regulatory litigation. He represents clients before various forums, including arbitral tribunals, Supreme Court, high courts, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity and Competition Commission of India. Shantanu has extensive experience and a record of outstanding success in litigation. He leads the Firm’s litigation practices.

Shantanu has in-depth knowledge of several industries including agri-biotech, real estate & construction, infrastructure development, iron & steel, cement manufacturing and hospitality.
